We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support McKesson Canada's Corporate Functions and Specialty Health business units. This role is integral to aligning HR initiatives with McKesson's strategic goals, ensuring our HR initiatives are not only effective but transformative. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR generalist skills and excel in program management, executing HR initiatives from inception to completion. With a proven track record in large organizations, the candidate will have demonstrated experience in collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver robust, enterprise-wide initiatives. The role demands an independent self-starter who can spearhead major initiatives that drive business transformation. A knack for engaging stakeholders, both within the business and HR COE partners, is essential to succeed in this multifaceted position.
