This organization offers a fully-remote work model.The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for:-Oversee day-to-day Human Resources functions including hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues.-Talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management-Working closely with management and supporting department heads supporting employee relations and engagement-Talent Acquisition and workforce planning-Support change management and organizational development initiatives-Review, develop and communicate policy & procedures to all staff-Performance management-Other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:-A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other field of study with a minimum 5 years experience, ideally from within the Non-Profit sector or similar industry background-CHRP or CHRL or in process-Bilingualism (Asset)-Proven ability to support senior level management-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Skilled at providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues-Hands on experience with a HRIS systemsRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
