Assisting managers in the effective handling of attendance, conduct and performance matters. Working alongside subject matter experts to develop and implement programs and services that build a positive employee experience. Researching and developing recommendations for consistent and fair employee relations policies and procedures. Gathering information and preparing reports on employee relations across SIGA. Conducting investigations into allegations of assault, harassment, violence or wrongdoing. Conducting workplace assessments to resolve conflict and promote a positive workplace culture that reflects SIGA?s values. Liaising with external parties on employee issues, including Employment Standards and the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of employee relations programs and initiatives.



Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources. Several years of directly related experience and training may be considered. Investigation Training Certification Recommended. CPHR Designation required. Experience in Employment Standards. Experience in conducting investigations. Experience with generalist activities in Human Resources. Analytical Experience.
