We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources management practices. The Human Resources Assistant will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Duties
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
Facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills.
Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the HR team on change management initiatives and project management tasks.
Conduct data collection and entry related to payroll, benefits administration, and other HR functions.
Assist with talent acquisition strategies and sourcing candidates through various channels.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
