Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative and office management support to the department, as directed
• Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior management and occasionally members of their staff
• Coordinate logistics of team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events (including awards, celebrations and social events)
• Minute taking, and tracking meetings resolutions
• Basic system and document management for different projects, as directed. May include procurement projects, technical projects, etc.
• Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and other related duties
• Organize team building events and social events of the department, manage the budget of related funds
• Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons

• Post-Secondary Diploma, or Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, required
• 3+ years of experience in the role of Administrative Assistant with a strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
• Strong English communication skills

• Fast learner and keen attention to details
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to schedule duties/projects (multi-task) and handle stressful situation
• Ability to work unsupervised with an evident work ethic
• Desire to contribute to a team environment
