Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an HR Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative and office management support to the department, as directed
Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior management and occasionally members of their staff
Coordinate logistics of team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events (including awards, celebrations and social events)
Minute taking, and tracking meetings resolutions
Basic system and document management for different projects, as directed. May include procurement projects, technical projects, etc.
Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and other related duties
Organize team building events and social events of the department, manage the budget of related funds
Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons
What you\'ll bring to the team:
Post-Secondary Diploma, or Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, required
3+ years of experience in the role of Administrative Assistant with a strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
Strong English communication skills
Fast learner and keen attention to details
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to schedule duties/projects (multi-task) and handle stressful situation
Ability to work unsupervised with an evident work ethic
