A well-established company with 20+ years in the TIC industry and locations worldwide is looking for an HR and Office assistant to join our team on a contract for 12 months.
In this role, you will be involved in performing routine tasks in the human resource and admin department.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources desired however a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role would also be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of confidentiality and discretion.

If hired, what will you be doing at LabTest?
As an HR and Office Assistant, key duties will include, but not limited to, the following:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain employee records (e.g., personal information, attendance, and employment data).
Order office supplies as and when required.
Receive guests and answer calls.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening applicants, and processing background checks.
Support new hire onboarding (preparing documents, coordinating training sessions).
Prepare HR-related reports as required (e.g., for attendance or hiring).
Help with payroll and employee benefits administration.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Assist with maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
