As an

HR Analyst

, you will play a key role in advancing HR technology by identifying business needs and contributing to solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience. In this position, you'll help ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and optimized. Leveraging your technical expertise, analytical skills, and collaborative approach, you will inform strategic decisions and support the successful delivery of key initiatives.


What you'll do:




Configure and set up HR technology systems in both test and production environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems as needed Perform routine tasks following established processes to maintain operations and ensure data accuracy Develop and maintain system documentation and end-user guides Gather requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions for minor system enhancements Design and execute test scenarios to validate functionality and performance Coordinate new releases in collaboration with senior team members Contribute to critical phases of complex, cross-functional implementations

What you have:




2+ years of experience supporting HR technology platforms (e.g., HCM, WFM, Talent/Performance, L&D) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Hands-on HRIS/HCM experience (considered an asset) Foundational understanding of HR technology and its role in enabling HR business processes

$70,000 - $87,000

annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
