Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Organize training, development, and team-building initiatives
Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment proces
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in an HR role (minimum 2 years)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
