What You Bring:



Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience; Post-secondary education in HR, business, psychology, or related field CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent HR designation ( or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of Ontario employment law and HR best practices Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis, report writing, and presentation tools Interest in consulting, client-focused professional services

Client-Facing HR Advisor:



Build trusted relationships with clients through email, phone, virtual, and in-person meetings (some travel required) Provide strategic HR advice tailored to each client's unique business needs Interpret legislation, policies, procedures, and agreements to guide clients on: + Terminations, recruitment, employment contracts
+ Disability management, accommodations, return to work
+ Investigations, performance management, discipline
+ Compensation, job analysis and evaluation, organizational design
+ Statutory pay equity, HR policy manuals, and employee documentation
Develop customized tools, letters, policies, and processes Lead complex projects, create workplans, and manage support staff contributions Deliver presentations, draft reports, and support informed decision-making Mentor and coach fellow advisors and support staff Participate in client engagement activities (e.g., webinars, training, articles, social media)

Bonus Skills & Experience:



Consulting and Professional Services Certifications in investigations, strategic planning, coaching, or compensation Public sector, Union Collective Bargaining Adult learning expertise, conflict resolution Training Facilitation Online Presence & Reputation Strategy Artificial Intelligence & Automation Proposal and Project Management
