Job Mandate:

This job description describes general terms and responsibilities that employees will be expected to undertake; however, the job or duties described may vary or be amended from time to time without changing the level of responsibility associated with the post due to business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



Conduct resume screening Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews Proactively source, recruit, and hire qualified staff to meet the center's staffing needs and achieve organizational goals Build and maintain relationship with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork (medical, certificates, VSC, etc.) Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Use iCare and Staff Portal to manage the recruitment processes, and new hire records Management of PI System Attending job fairs when needed

Specifications:



Demonstrated teamwork with internal and external contacts - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative environment to be evaluated through peer feedback on an ongoing and annual basis Demonstrated organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to be tactful - being respectful and polite when dealing with people; and being able to appropriately deal with people in difficult situations

Qualifications:



University or College Degree preferably in related field 2 years of Administrative position Current vulnerable Criminal Record Check Standard First Aid Certificate and CPR Level C Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) designation will be considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
