The Human Resources Administrator manages all people related, benefits, administrative tasks. This position is responsible for providing support services within the HR department in all key functional areas, with particular focus on HRIS maintenance and reporting, benefits administration, and recruitment support.
Job Duties
Manage and maintain benefits with assistance from providers for all three companies
Prepare materials for new employee orientation sessions, staff development, and other employee communications, as assigned
Prepare reports, spreadsheets and metrics for the department as needed
Prepare, input, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, and related documents
Manage all consistently update employee files and documents through ADP Workforce Now
Perform research and assist with special projects and perform related duties as assigned
Collaborate with human resource team to build programs and policies to support ongoing growth of organization
Is the super user for administration of HRIS and learning platform.
Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
