We\'re looking for an in-office HR Administrator for our client in the manufacturing industry in Winnipeg.
Our client is a rapidly growing company with a strong team focus who offer fantastic opportunities for growth and development into a generalist role. This is an exiting position where you will be able to work on all areas of Human Resources

HR Administrator responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director of HR and providing the administrative support to all areas of human resources including full cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, labor relations and employee records
  • Supports the payroll and accounting team with data entry and administrative tasks, and processing a payroll per month
  • Any other administrative duties assigned
The successful candidate has:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in a human resources capacity
  • Strong communication skills, flexile, adaptable, with an eagerness to learn
  • A high attention to detail with data entry and administrative skills
  • Strong technology skills, able to pick up on software\'s quickly.
  • Organized and able to stay focused on tasks
  • Reliable and committed to being an important part of the team
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Benefits to commence upon start
  • 3 weeks holidays
  • RSP program coming
