Hr Administrator Days (24 30hrs Weekly)

Job Description

Job Summary

:

Reporting to the Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager, the HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the management team and staff to ensure legislative requirements are met and that assigned administrative duties with respect to all functional areas of human resources and health and safety are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities and Duties

:

Assist with the recruitment process daily by screening resumes, checking job boards and scheduling follow-up interviews as per hiring managers. Organize and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases (e.g. ADP, MDM, CGP). Prepare HR documents, offer letters, orientation packages and incident reports. Assist with revisions to company policies. Liaise with external partners, staffing agencies, candidates to ensure effective communication. Create regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates). Answer employee queries about HR-related issues. Assist managment by providing relevant employee information as required. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. Assist with all WSIB claims and the Early and Safe Return to Work Program. Assist with Benefits programs [MDM]. Any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:



Completion of HR Management program or equivalent experience. Minimum three years of functional human resources experiences (preferably in manufacturing). Organized, detail-oriented and results-driven. Perceptive understanding of delicate and confidential situations and information. Good balance of soft (relationship-building) skills and strong analytical capabilities. Familiarity with MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel is required.

Pay: $32,700.00-$46,800.00 per year
