```Duties``` - Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars - Maintain and update office records and databases - Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using computerized systems, such as QuickBooks - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity - Serve as a liaison between different departments or external parties - Perform other duties as assigned ```Experience``` - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
