We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms. Restock pool towels, ensuring all items are fresh and neatly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with laundry duties as required to support housekeeping operations.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning and floor care techniques. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
