Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and hospitality, with experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities while ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Duties

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is required; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols in both hospitality and industrial settings. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. Pay: From $16.80 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
