About the Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property. You will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department, reporting directly to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
Hire, train, and mentor new team members
Create and manage staff schedules
Perform daily room and property inspections
Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded
Order and maintain inventory of linens and cleaning supplies
Report and follow up on maintenance or repair needs
Respond to guest feedback by reviewing reviews and taking action
Clean rooms and hotel grounds as needed to support the team
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to motivate and coach a team in a respectful, professional manner
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Proficient in reading and responding to guest reviews
Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality
Comfortable using basic computer systems for scheduling and inventory

Position Details & Benefits
Full-time, Permanent Position
40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
