Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites . This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Train and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures for efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management or a supervisory role in a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests. Familiarity with hotel operations is preferred. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
