We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Housekeeping Supervisor
to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and employees.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations. Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff. Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
