We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and floor care, with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction in a hotel or similar environment. This role is crucial in overseeing daily operations, training staff, and implementing best practices in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are well-stocked and maintained. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel.

Experience

Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and janitorial practices. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is an advantage. Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of hospitality standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and guests alike.
