The Housekeeping Supervisor at Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing is a key member of the senior team. You are expected to ensure the highest quality of cleanliness and comfort in the guest rooms and within and around the resort while always providing exemplary customer service to the guests. You will manage the Housekeeping department's day to day operations, including your team members roles and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate according to the policies, procedures, quality standards and services established by the company. Responsible for the Housekeeping daily operations, including but not limited to, training and quality assurance. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identifying problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Show dedication to making every guest feel welcome in our surroundings. Handle all special requests quickly and appropriately. Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth operation through preparation and follow-up. Weekly team meeting attendance will be required. Manage the Housekeeping departments schedule based on lodge occupancy levels and business requirements. Responsible for inventory control and purchase ordering through company suppliers. Work with direct Manager and/or Accounting for approval on PO's. Assist with the Housekeeping departments recruitment; interviews via zoom video call will be required. Must work in line with the resort's safety and hygiene regulations, including covid-19 cleaning protocols.
