Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality cleanliness standards Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to monitor cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards Oversee cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and laundry services using industry best practices Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Implement floor care routines such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and tile maintenance to preserve facility appearance Address guest requests or concerns promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inspecting work quality Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and guest interaction Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
