Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet company standards
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

-Maintaining inventory and stock in the motel and laundry department in the restaurant

-Collaborating with the manager on a daily bases

- Supervise and provide support for the seasonal restaurant with the motel when needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality and restaurant cleaning
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
