As part of the

Big White

Housekeeping team

, you are responsible for assisting with overseeing the daily housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple properties. Delivering an excellent guest and staff experience while monitoring housekeeping standards and assisting the Director of Room Operations with the training and hiring of staff. This position requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.


Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:




Assist the Director of Room Operations in the daily running of the department Supports and assist in training initiatives for all current and new employees Prepare work assignments Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures. Communicate performance expectations to employees and monitor progress Communicate effectively with the maintenance department on guest room maintenance needs Communicate effectively with the Owner Relations Department and owners in regards to their properties Communicate effectively with Front desks on guest related matters Participates as needed in the interviewing and hiring of staff Inspection of rooms to ensure standard of cleanliness Handle employee progressive disciplinary procedures as required Empowers employees Attend meetings Understand how everything operates in guest room (fireplace, windows, etc.) Fulfilling tasks in a time sensitive manner Follow all Health & Safety protocols and procedures Assist guests with all questions and requests All other duties as required

Details:




Fulltime, working up to 40 hrs. a week Wage $30.00 hr. Positions starts Sep 2025 Staff accommodation onsite, for approved applicants Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
