JOB SUMMARY:The role of the Assistant Housekeeping Manager is to assist the Housekeeping Manager in the efficient and effective overall running of the housekeeping department.They are to ensure the comfort of guests in our hotels and lodges by assisting the Housekeeping Manager in the training, coaching and development of the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented.They must promote a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:People Management Responsibilities
