About the Role:

As the Housekeeping Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. You'll lead a motivated team, coordinate schedules, maintain policies and procedures, and ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming. Train, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high service standards. Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and department expenses effectively. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
What We're Looking For:

Previous management experience in the hospitality industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example Familiarity with hotel systems and property management software is an asset
