About the Role

As a Housekeeping Lead, you'll work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain high cleanliness standards, coordinate daily tasks, and guide team members through shifts. You'll play a key role in upholding our reputation for guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms and public spaces meet brand and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support room attendants, housepersons, and public area staff during shifts Perform inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring readiness and quality control Lead by example, assist with cleaning rooms when required, especially during high-volume periods Support training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff Monitor linen, supplies, and cleanliness checklists Communicate with the front desk and maintenance to resolve guest or room issues promptly Enforce health & safety procedures, including chemical handling and cart setup Maintain a positive and respectful work environment while holding others accountable
