In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and uphold the highest levels of cleanliness across all areas. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks across guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and back-of-house operations.
Develop daily work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste.
Enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Support a positive team environment by motivating staff, providing feedback, and fostering professional development in hospitality standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of proven experience in housekeeping and/or training in custodial work
1 year of Supervising or leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
Strong management skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and lead a team effectively. Demonstrate the ability and desire to lead and train a team while maintaining harmony and high morale.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments seamlessly.
Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness while managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department. Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
