Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Spa Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.

Main Duties:

Perform laundry duties such as loading washer and dryer and folding laundry and re-stocking all areas with required linen. Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the common areas (lounge, change rooms, etc.) and treatment rooms. Check and maintain stock of treatment room supplies, change room supplies and amenities. Assist in the setup, breakdown & cleaning of treatment rooms before and after services when needed. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment. Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management. Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
