Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the room attendant's job is to prepare rental units for guests.

A Room Attendant is a janitorial service employee who cleans and maintains rooms, bathrooms, furniture and other designated areas.

Job description:

• Prepare your cart for your tasks
• Prepare the room at the guest's arrival
• Change the bedding, redo the beds
• Clean bathrooms and sanitary facilities
• Replace the courtesy products offered - amenties
• Clear and empty garbage cans and ashtrays
• Clean and dust surfaces of furniture and mirrors
• Check the condition of furniture and equipment available to the client
• Vacuum
• Clean any other place in the room, separated by unit
• Redo the beds
• Clean the bathroom
• Replace courtesy products offered
• Clear the garbage
• Report irregularities regarding the state of the rooms to those concerned
• Clean public areas + corridors
• Take care of lost / found objects in collaboration with the housekeeper
• Make sure to respect the norms and standards of the banner and the hotel
• Any other related tasks

Education:

• D.E.C. (Diploma of College Studies) - Asset
