What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a pristine environment. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure safety and cleanliness. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service. Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial equipment effectively for optimal results. Respond promptly to guest requests and needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Adhere to safety protocols while performing all cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills in hospitality and housekeeping practices.

Basic qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

Previous hotel experience or custodial experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and janitorial practices is a plus. Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous.
