Your Role:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll be the quiet hero behind every comfortable stay. Your mission: to ensure every room is spotless, welcoming, and ready to impress -- so guests feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities Report maintenance issues and lost & found items Follow safety and sanitation protocols Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and professional

Salary/Wage:

$19.75 per hour Overtime paid at over 8 hours in a shift and 40 hours in a week (Sun-Sat)

Flights to and from Iqaluit paid Accommodation provided (may be a single or shared room) NOTE: Accommodation is only available for the employee and not for the partner, family, etc. Meals provided

Eligibility to Work in Canada:

All applicants must be eligible to work in Canada at time of application. At this time, we are unable to accept applicants looking for a company to sponsor them. Proof of eligibility shall be in the form of a Canadian birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship certificate, Canadian certificate of permanent residence, Canadian open work permit or receipt from Immigration Canada of an application for a post-graduate work permit. Proof of eligibility must be current and valid (not expired, cancelled or voided). Proof of eligibility will be required if an offer of employment is made. Failure to provide proof of eligibility at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date in the offer of employment may result in the offer of employment being rescinded.
