Performance Painters is expanding! We currently have one full crew and now we're putting a second crew on the road. We're looking for three full-time painters to join our team!

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with others, and proficiency in using both power and hand tools.

This position is open to individuals who are looking to work in a positive and fun environment, alongside other hardworking and coachable teammates. There are many opportunities for growth in both education and positions within Performance Painters.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. Assist in drywall patch work and other construction-related tasks as needed.

Skills

Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of hand tools used in painting and construction projects. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively. Capability to rig equipment as necessary for specific projects.

Requirements

Must have a vehicle to get to work Must be able to work full time hours, 8/9 hour days, anywhere from 6:30am-5:30pm Lift and handle heavy equipment Willing to work across the Niagara and Halton regions

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
