The Housekeeping Aide is primarily responsible for assigned cleaning duties in accordance with established work schedules, policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Complete routine cleaning duties as assigned including, but not limited to dusting vacuuming and disinfecting of resident rooms, restrooms, nursing stations, lounges , Offices and other assigned areas Dust cleans and polishes furniture, cabinets, lamps, light fixtures, walls vents, handrails , baseboard , blinds etc in resident suites, public area and offices as assigned Clean windows and spot washes walls per routine task checklist Remove and dispose of trash from suites , public area and office Complete duties check list on daily basis, answer all housekeeping request Carry out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as the need arises. Follow the Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy. Report hazards to Management. Maintain component hygiene standards. Follow company or component policy in taking care of customer comments or complaints. Ensure that clothing, including footwear and headgear, and personal hygiene is of the highest standards atall times. Participate in company training to improve your standard of performance. Suggest areas of improvement and take any corrective action, as required.
Carry out any other reasonable instructions of Aramark Management.

Demonstrated expertise in a similar role Ability to exercise considerable judgment based on previous experience to solve problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team May act as an informal resource for those with less experience Courteous manner
Flexible approach to hours and duties

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
