Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a friendly demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction in residential cleaning environments.

Duties

As a House Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

Performing thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Laundering linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness in client homes. Communicating effectively with clients and managers to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintaining an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks. Providing excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Cooking light meals or preparing snacks for clients(only when requested as part of hospitality services. ) Ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. A keen eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
