Hotel Reservation Sales Agent: Remote or On-Site

As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will be a key member of our reservations team, providing guests with your expert recommendations as you reserve their rooms and suites at any of our more than 5000 hotels around the world. Besides sharing your expertise and knowledge of our spectacular, world-class properties, you will engage in authentic conversations with guests who are eager to reserve at our luxurious brands including Fairmont, Swissotel, and Sofitel.

Location and Availability Requirements:

• Must be currently legally entitled to work full time in Canada
• Must be located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Qu\xc3\xa9bec, Canada
• This is full-time, permanent career position
• Our Contact Centre is currently open until 3am, and we offer either rotating or fixed schedules with shifts with start times between 12:00 noon and 6:30pm. Rotating schedules include some weekends off
• Are you interested in working onsite at our Moncton office, or remotely (at home)? It\'s up to you!
• Candidates must be able to commit to 4 weeks onsite in Moncton for initial training/onboarding (accommodation is provided for qualified candidates).
• Qu\xc3\xa9bec candidates must be fluent in both French and English; accommodations and travel costs to Moncton for training are covered
• Remote positions must have a high-speed internet connection (direct connect, not wireless or satellite)

What you will be doing:

• Taking inbound calls in our unscripted environment, where we are known as Heartists\xc2\xae (Heart + Artist). Every aspect of what we do comes from the heart, and you have the freedom to be creative in your interactions with guests
• Booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations, historic castles, spectacular resorts, and iconic city center hotels while having authentic conversations

Your experience and skills include:

• Education and/or experience in: sales, customer service, hospitality, tourism
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while conversing with guest
