Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for the Director of Operations at the Best Western Plus Fredericton Hotel and Suites. The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing customer service standards, overseeing the budgeting process, managing sales and promotional activities, and over seeing all departments. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve overall hotel performance.

Operations Management and Budgeting skills Strong Customer Service skills Sales and Promotional strategy skills Experience with Food & Beverage management Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in hotel management is required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
