restaurant, front desk and housekeeping
--and plays a critical role in maintaining high standards across guest services, operations, and marketing.
Reporting directly to the
General Manager
, this position is ideal for someone with proven leadership in food & beverage, a strong administrative skillset, and a collaborative, proactive approach. You'll help shape the guest experience, support staff development, and contribute to the success of the entire property.
What You Bring:
Minimum
2 years of leadership experience
in food & beverage
Experience in
sales and marketing
an asset (e.g. social media, promotions, event marketing)
Previous experience in hospitality environments
is a strong asset
Highly organized with excellent administrative and computer skills
Skilled at leading service teams and handling guest concerns with diplomacy
