We are excited to be recruiting for a Full Time Hotel Night Auditor at Inn at the Forks.



Shifts will be from 11:00pm - 7:00am - 5 days a week.


Applicants must be available to work overnight shifts, that may include weekends.



Inn at the Forks is a sleek and stylish hotel set in The Forks historic site with guest rooms that feature a modern design, and some suites have waterfront views. SMITH is a contemporary restaurant featuring locally sourced ingredients, and Riverstone Spa is a full-service spa, both located within the hotel.

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the accuracy of financial transactions. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The Night Auditor will work during overnight hours, primarily handling front desk duties and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests throughout the night.

Responsibilities



Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions and reports Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via multi-line phone systems and in person Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and other guest information Monitor security cameras and conduct regular safety checks of the premises Prepare reports for management regarding daily financial activities and occupancy status Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed Ensure all front desk operations adhere to hotel policies and standards of hospitality

Requirements



At least 1 year of previous experience in a busy hotel front desk Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems Ability to handle guest interactions with tact and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail with strong organizational skills for accurate record keeping Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently during non-standard hours Knowledge of hospitality software systems is advantageous Prior experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
