Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems, including electrical, pool, plumbing and mechanical components. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and optimizing equipment performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pool, electrical, and HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure minimal downtime of equipment. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. Proficiency in electrical and plumbing systems is preferred. Knowledge of pool systems is considered an asset. Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with tracking maintenance activities is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
