Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean for each guest. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Assist with laundry duties as required to support the housekeeping department.

Skills

Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff members.
