Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences. Maintain front desk operations by keeping the area organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication techniques. Experience working at the front desk in a hotel or similar environment is highly desirable. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to guest services. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
