We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Front Desk Agent, you will oversee front desk operations, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth communication between departments.

Responsibilities

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping. Train new front desk employees on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Foster a welcoming environment for guests by promoting positive guest relations.

Experience

Strong background in customer service with proven skills in guest relations. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest communication. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems is essential. Experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments is preferred.
