Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and possess strong cleaning skills, including industrial cleaning and custodial work.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Ensure that all public areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties when required to maintain an adequate supply of clean linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
