Hot Tub/Spa Maintenance Technician

to ensure our outdoor amenities remain in pristine condition.

Key ResponsibilitiesHot Tub Maintenance:

Perform daily inspections of hot tubs, checking water clarity and levels. Maintain and adjust chemical levels (pH, chlorine) using designated products (e.g.,

Boost, Salt Water Balance, Adjust Up

). Ensure all hot tubs are clean, safe, and guest-ready. Regularly replace water to maintain top-tier quality.

BBQ & Propane Management:

Clean BBQ grills and check propane levels. Replace propane tanks as needed and conduct safety checks.

Wood Supply & Outdoor Setup:

Maintain wood supplies for select cottages, ensuring availability of firewood, cardboard, and fire starters. Arrange and clean outdoor Adirondack chairs and seating areas for optimal guest experience.

Window & Property Cleanliness:

Clean windows daily, removing salt, fingerprints, and debris using streak-free methods. Handle bin delivery/pickup for linens, manage garbage and recycling, and maintain a pristine environment.

Winter Maintenance:

On days with

5 cm or more of snowfall

, be available by

8:30 AM

to clear snow from guest entrances, decks, and steps. Spread salt to ensure safe pathways.

? Physically capable of handling cleaning tasks and moving furniture
