Job Overview

TaylorMade Energy Ltd. is seeking experienced and reliable Hot Shot Drivers to support our oil and gas operations. This role involves hauling equipment, materials, and critical parts to drilling rigs, production sites, plants, and industrial facilities throughout Alberta & Western Provinces. Drivers must operate safely in fast-paced field environments while maintaining professionalism and high service standards.

Responsibilities

o Safely operate a 1 Ton dually truck and trailer for hot shot deliveries

o Transport oilfield equipment and materials to drilling rigs, plants, and industrial facilities

o Secure all loads properly according to regulations and company standards

o Complete accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and delivery documentation

o Collect and submit delivery tickets, permits, and site paperwork

o Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

o Maintain clean equipment and report mechanical issues promptly

o Follow all logbook (ELD), safety, highway, and site-specific regulations

o Communicate professionally with dispatch, field supervisors, and customers

o Represent TaylorMade Energy with a strong safety-first and customer-focused attitude

Requirements

o Valid Alberta Class 5 or higher licence (Class 3 or 1 an asset)

o 2+ years verifiable commercial driving experience preferred

o Oilfield or industrial hauling experience considered a strong asset

o Ability to safely tow gooseneck or flatbed trailers

o Knowledge of load securement regulations

o Comfortable working long hours and variable schedules

o Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing

o Physically capable of load securement and field work

o Must operate safely in changing weather and rough-road conditions

o Strong paperwork accuracy and attention to detail
