Summary

We are seeking a Host/Busser to join our dynamic team at the Park Town Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their dining experience. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure a smooth flow of service. Support servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food items as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
