Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team!
What we are looking for:
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Retail Experience an asset
OpenTable Experience an asset
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, team-focused, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
Willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
Duties:
Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
Taking orders for take-out
Assisting guests to their tables, taking reservations through the phone and OpenTable.
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, and sweeping floors
