The Lobby Restaurant and Lounge is located at the Pier Hotel at the Pier (North Vancouver) just steps away from Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus Terminal in North Vancouver Historic Shipyard.
We are looking for hostess/host who is outgoing, friendly and professional. We offer competitive wages, flexible shifts from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to fit within your lifestyle. Our Front of the house team delivers exceptional food and drink while creating a unique experience to every one of our guests.
- Starting at $16.48 per hour
- Provide a fast and efficient attentive service
- Be hardworking and punctual
- Be a great team player with a positive attitude
- Have full flexibility and availability (preferred)
Position Requirements:
- Previous hostess/host experience
- Experience with Open Table or similar online restaurant reservations systems
- Experience in providing customer service over the phone i.e. making reservations, answering questions, provide information and taking room service orders
- Able to work in standing position for extended periods of time
- Have to be organized, tidy and disciplined in managing reservations/walk-in guests
- Serving it right
