What will I be doing? In addition to ensuring every Guest feels Cared for, Values and Respected, the Brasa Host(ess) will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. Upon Guest arrival, the Host(ess) will ensure that the seat and table selection is to the Guests satisfaction. When accepting reservations, the Host(ess) will also be responsible for communicating special Guest requests to Management. General knowledge of the menu and responding to Guest inquiries about the restaurant and/or its services will also be required. The Host(ess) will be expected to settle the bill with our Guests and thank them for choosing to dine with us. What are we looking for? • Previous Host(ess) experience in a fine dining restaurant is an asset

Requirements

• Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
• Must be available weekends, long weekends, holidays
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.
